RETURNS POLICY

Faulty or Damaged Products:

All Pro-Fit products are rigorously quality checked, during manufacture up until they leave our warehouse.

In the unlikely event that you receive a product that you consider to be faulty or damaged, please contact us via email as soon as possible and always within 60 days of purchase from the company, so that we can resolve this for you.

Not Benefiting from the Product (*60-day money back guarantee):

If you don't experience the expected benefits from a product, first-time purchasers of that specific item have a 60-day return window from the purchase date.

This applies only to your first purchase of that product, and single items only. It does not apply to multiple quantities purchased.

This guarantee only applies to products that have not been misused, intentionally damaged, discontinued or have become outdated.

Order Cancellation:

You can cancel your Pro-Fit order within 14 days of receipt of the goods, following the returns procedure below.

When cancelling an order, all products in the order must be returned to us, unused and unopened, and at your own expense.

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method, excluding delivery charges.

Your statutory rights concerning the quality of the products will not be affected.

Non-returnable Products:

Products ordered through various discount or promotions, seasonal products and discontinued products are all non-returnable.

Returns Procedure:

  • To initiate a return, Contact Us providing the reasons for the return.
  • You will then be issued a Returned Goods Authorisation (RGA) number.
  • For order cancellations for reasons other than faults, goods must be returned at your own expense and should remain unopened and unused.
